Troubleshooting the Common Errors

UPFR Website Not Working

Sometimes the website stops working due to technical errors and high traffic load.  Here is how you can deal with this issue:

  • Wait during the peak traffic hours and try again when the traffic is low.
  • Make sure that your device has a stable internet connection.
  • You can also use the official app if the website is not working. This is the best option in this case.

OTP Not Received

Sometimes the OTP failed to receive. This issue usually occurs due to wrong details. However, you can easily overcome it by following these simple steps:

  • Sometimes, the system considers the OTP as spam and sends it to the spam folder. Therefore, always check the spam folder.
  • Make sure that you have provided a correct Aadhaar number.
  • Your Aadhar must be linked with an active mobile number.

Agri Stack Login Failed

The user fails to log in to their account. This issue mostly occurs when users enter the wrong details. However, you can easily solve the issue by following these simple precautions:

  • Double-check and ensure that your login details are correct.
  • Make sure that your device is connected to a strong internet connection.

Verification Failed

The verification fails when your details are wrong or mismatch the ID card details. This also happens when you are not eligible for the benefits.

  • Always enter the correct personal and land details.
  • Make sure that your details match the official documents.
  • Check and make sure that you are eligible for the benefits.

Agristack Farmer Registry Benefits

Here is the list of benefits you will get after the successful registration:

  • Get your own Farmer ID: When you register, you receive a unique Farmer ID. This ID acts as your official proof as a farmer and helps the government recognize you for all agricultural benefits.
  • Receive benefits faster: Once your details are verified, you can easily access programs like PM-KISAN, crop insurance, and state subsidies. There’s no need to visit offices repeatedly or wait for paperwork to be processed.
  • Direct transfer to your bank: All benefits are sent straight to your bank account. This reduces delays, avoids middlemen, and ensures your money reaches you safely.
  • Accurate land and crop records: By registering, your land ownership, crop details, and other information are stored digitally. This prevents mistakes, mismatches and makes it easier to claim benefits without problems.
  • Easier access to future schemes: Once your profile is in the system, any new government programs or subsidies you qualify for can be accessed quickly without submitting documents again.

Tips For Smooth Registration

Here are some practical tips for smooth registration and login on the UPFR portal:

  • Make sure your Aadhaar mobile number works, because the OTP will only come on that number. If the SIM is blocked or inactive, you won’t be able to start the process.
  • Check your land records before registering. If your Khasra or Khatauni has mistakes, the system might not match your details correctly.
  • Use the same name on Aadhaar and land documents. Even a small spelling difference can slow down verification. Therefore, always double-check before submitting anything.
  • Keep your bank passbook with you. You’ll need the correct account number and IFSC code so payments and benefits can go directly into your account.
  • Save your Farmer ID immediately. After registration, take a screenshot or note it down.
